Hello again from the world of Werewolf: the Savage Age! I recently interviewed some of the creators behind Savage Age and they mentioned an upcoming product that could be an “epic jumpstart” to a chronicle set in the prehistory of Werewolf: The Apocalypse. Exploring Eberron Review, Part 3

I’m back today with more on the wonderful Exploring Eberron book by Keith Baker and company. Previously we’ve covered the parts of this book dealing with the setting’s ancient history as well as the parts focused on more modern stuff. In this last entry, we’re going to be looking at the “other realms” of the Eberron setting, places that have only been mentioned in passing before and so are completely untrodden ground from the perspective of Eberron fans: the oceans and planes of Eberron.

Numerology in Invisible Sun

I love the spooky, occult aspects of the Invisible Sun game and especially the symbolism of the Path of Suns. It’s a unique conceptual background, carefully divorced from real world occultism by the game designers, but the depth of tradition in Tarot, numerology, and other divinatory practices means that you can take these concepts and run with them. Which I did!

Interview with the Team Behind Werewolf: Savage Age

Today I’m here to highlight an awesome product through the Storyteller’s Vault and World of Darkness. Savage Age is a fan setting for Werewolf: The Apocalypse (specifically the 20th Anniversary rules) which features prehistoric action adventure. If you’re familiar with the mythology of Werewolf you know that means some pretty epic stuff, but the term “fan setting” doesn’t quite capture the amazing work that has gone into this very professionally produced book.
