Merry Christmas!

Happy holidays, readers! I hope you’re doing just what you want tonight. For me that’s being slightly cold with a warm fire and a board game so hopefully that’s true! As I write this, though, I’m taking a look back at 2018. Like a lot of people I have mixed feelings about the events of the year but I’m pretty happy with how things have gone with my blog. I joined the writers at Continuing Mission and have been writing up a storm on both sites, not to mention starting RPGs with my oldest and gaining a second kid!

I wrote a ton of posts that I’m proud of here as well, some of which I’ve listed below in case you need something to read. I’m taking this week off of writing but here’s to new posts in the new year!

The Mephit Family Has Grown!

Hello Gentlefolk,

Today was a very exciting day in the James household: Dr. James and I, as well as big brother Little Mephling, welcomed Baby Grue into the world! We’re both exhausted but also really happy and ready to take on this new challenge. Of course, this means I’ll have my hands full for a bit so the site is going on hiatus for the next two weeks. If I get back earlier then so much the better but for the mean time check out the archives and I’ll see you all on the other side.

Lady’s Grace, cutters.
